Do not order from them

The quality (fabric, cut) is cheap and poorly made. They make the return process exceptionally difficult (and expensive). Do not order from them!

cheap plastic "winter boots"

Waited over 3 weeks for the boots to arrive. They are labeled "winter boots" but they are made entirely of cheap plastic, and the soles are made of foam and not even rubber. Once you get your foot into the boot, the insoles are not even in the shape of a foot. Contacted them for a return, and they offered store credit minus $10 or 10% of the total price I paid. Or send them back to China for a full refund in 8 weeks at my own cost. I replied and complained, and they doubled their offer.I sent an email to my state attorney general's office, and they called me right back and will be following up with me. They brand themselves out of Nebraska, with a US address, which makes them punishable under US consumer protections. Save yourself the headache, don't buy from them.

Cheap and misleading. Do not buy.

Giving them a star as their customer service is responsive. BUT the quality is very poor and you have to ship back to China even though the address listed on their website is in the US.Feels like a complaint scam. I would highly not recommend. Do not buy here.

Very poor quality. When I asked for info on HOW to return the item, my request was repeatedly followed up with further questions, but never with the answer I was looking for.Again, very poor quality item from China.

The worst online shopping experience

I spent quite a while deciding on a coat, and when I saw the product on the website and saw that the address was in the USA, I added it to my Christmas wish list. The product arrived late, and it was cheap and of poor quality. The fabric felt like a duster. I contacted them and only then did I find out that they are located in China and I have to pay for shipping, which is almost half the value of the coat. Now I see the reviews from other customers and it's exactly the same thing they told me. The site is a scam!!

I wish I could give them even less than…

I wish I could give them even less than 1 star. I ordered a fur jacket and it took over 2 weeks to get here. When it finally did the jacket I received was NOTHING like what was shown on their website. When I emailed them about it they said that “lighting and positioning can change the way items look.” At least their gaslighting skills are up to par! I would steer clear of ordering from this website as they also don’t make returns easy on you. Offered me store credit but I will never be ordering from this website again.

Misleading & Not worth the hassle

This website is full of misleading information. Although they list their address as based in the US, everything ships from china so it takes a very long time to come. They also list a "hassle free" return process when it is not. If you want to return an item, you are required to pay for shipping it back -- which they list on the website. Youre figuring, since the address is US based, this will be a reasonable fee. BUT then they hit you with, actually the shipping is international and will cost about $25 and you better get a kind with tracking...and then it could take ANOTHER 4-8 weeks before they refund you. So unless you know something is going to be an absolute perfect fit and you are willing to wait a month for it to arrive -- I would not recommend ordering from here. And wish i had the full scope of this information up front.

Disappointed that the sweater is…

Disappointed that the sweater is clearly not cashmere, as advertised. No tags, no fabric content, no care instructions. Returns are nearly impossible because I have to send to China, costing me more than the item cost.

BEWARE Do Not Buy from Soof and Bloom

BEWARE - Do NOT order from this company. One star for customer service response time. I ordered 3 sweaters. What I received was not what was represented on the website. No tags, no fabric content, no care instructions! In fact you can't tell which is the front and which is the back of the sweater. In order to return - you must ship back items at YOUR cost to China - in my case about $30. Customer service states it can take 4-8 weeks to get a refund. I've been in contact with customer service - which initially offered a 10% refund - we are now up to 40%. Customer service now trying to bully me not to initiate a chargeback by telling me it will take a long time for my bank to investigate, etc. DO NOT GET SCAMMED by this company.
