False advertising. They claim their sweater was of cashmere. When I received product no label on product, no cashmere probably no wool either. Can t tell what it is made of most likely all synthetic materials. i thought labelling clothes was mandatory.
Very expensive to return to China so no return accepted. Address in USA must be false. They reimbursed 20% of product value.

This is a scam company. I just purchased a linen coat. Picture was totally different on their Facebook ad than what I received, they sent me cheap material totally different coat. Now they are not willing to take return and want me to ship it to china at my cost. Be aware of this scammer from china. They are not authentic US brand.
I ordered what was listed as a pair of winter waterproof boots. Like other reviewers have noted the boots are very cheaply made weighing very little with essentially foam soles. Flip flops weigh more and are sturdier. What's more is they aren't waterproof. I too have been going back and forth via email with their customer service as the US based contact number isn't answered or you get a short automated message then disconnected. Their go to seems to be to offer a 10% discount, a store credit (you wouldn't want to use after experiencing what their product quality is like), or to return the item at your own cost (estimated according to their customer service to cost me $30+). So far they keep repeating that offer (it's been upped to a 20% discount) and they have blamed what I'm experiencing on slight lighting and screen setting differences (despite me explaining repeatedly it was supposed to be waterproof). I also thought this was a US based company only to find out the item was shipping from China.I see customer service posting and asking for order numbers and have very little faith in that resolving anything but suspect it's to make them look responsive to negative reviews.
