I’ve received boxes with incorrect items on multiple ocasions, to the point where half the time I don’t vither to report it anymore. Just as often I’ve received crushed or moldy produce and 90% of the time the recipe cards are missing, which I’ve reported over and over and over with terribly disappointing results.
The customer service is a joke because when I’ve reported multiple missing items for one meal that present me from making an edible dish, they won’t refund the full meal bc I am then expected to go to the market to purchase missing items, which I can’t always do and detesta the entire purpose of using this service.
A couple weeks in a row I have been missing some ingredients and a recipe card. The recent snow storm and temps made this week a bust. Lost all my vegetables except for the carrots. I have had to ad lib most of my meals due to frozen vegetables and missing ingredients. App went down. Next day had to remove it and add back on phone. I have mainly had positive experiences. Price good compared to other companies.
The recipe pages were quite useful, but shifting to a digital format for the cards is a FANTASTIC advancement towards a more sustainable solution. The quality of the food remains consistently excellent and fresh. I appreciate the option to easily modify details, skip a box while traveling, and the addition of wonderful market items. Finally, your pastries are INCREDIBLE. Please keep those as they are!
I'm truly amazed at how easy these recipes are to follow and how tasty they turn out! I typically opt for the under 30-minute options, and I appreciate the variety that changes weekly. There's an abundance of choices as well. This service makes me feel like a chef every time I prepare a healthy home-cooked meal for my partner.
I enjoy the meals, but they often lack certain ingredients. The variety is decent, though I wish there were more exciting options. There seems to be an overabundance of broccoli! Please improve your fulfillment process, or I may have to reconsider. Customer support is satisfactory.
The meals have been fantastic, and I really appreciate the add-ons, plus the ability to customize my order directly from the marketplace. Whenever an ingredient was missing, the service promptly provided credits. Although late-night deliveries were an initial concern, that issue has since been resolved.
We were stuck making the same dinners every week. Dinnerly has allowed us to change things up and the kids love it. It's even gotten me to eat vegetables for the first time. We've had a few minor problems but the customer service has taken care of things. Highly recommend!
The meals have mostly been good. But 2 weeks ago, my box never came and this past week, I got a box but it was not what I ordered and I could not eat it as I’m gluten free and vegetarian. Both meals had beef in it. I reached out to customer service and was told I would get a $12 credit and that is just unacceptable to me as I paid over $50 for the order. I have reached out again to no response.
