Absolute rubbish, no I'm wrong, it's worse than that as customer service is non existent so I'd NGO as far as to say it's fraudulent! Mask dosnt fit tight enough to face not dose it heat up anywhere near enough to be beneficial! Please don't make the mistake I did and waste £45 on this useless product.

Relief from 10 year long sinusitis

Struggled with sinusitis brought on after a heavy cold in 2014 so 11 years unremitting. Had every over the counter remedy and nothing cleared it. I was recommended to have sinus surgery, but heard about this mask and gave it ago. It started relieving symptoms immediately and by the third day of using twice a day my sinusitus is all but cleared. What a difference and relief from constant pressure in my face and ears.
