I found a nice little Star Wars plant pot on Southwood's website that I hadn't seen elsewhere. Perfect gift for my brother. Cost £4.99 but only postage option was £12.85 given my postcode in Scotland. I do not live in a remote area and don't usually incur extra postage costs. But what the hey, decided to go for it as I knew my brother would like it. I assumed at that price the delivery would be by courier. Was extremely disappointed when it came via Royal Mail at a postage cost of just £4.95. I felt ripped off if I'm honest. No justification for that delivery charge whatsoever. Nice plant pot though.

Before I made my purchase I emailed to get the measurements of the item I was interested in. I received such a delightful reply I made my purchase immediately. I received just what I had been looking for beautifully packaged and promptly delivered. Looking at the website I was impressed by the number of beautiful items available. I will definitely be making more purchases.
Order some outdoor solar lights as were a great price and then ordered some more for other family members .Had a phone call just to check that the 2 orders were correct and not a mistake.Very happy to say that the P+P for 1 Oder was refunded to me and all lights sent in 1 delivery.Great service
