The method for calculating classes is flawed. If the trainer is absent, a class is automatically deducted. Subsequently, they pressure you to purchase additional classes. It feels like a scam. Moreover, there is no effective system to verify the syllabus. They promise that your child will complete a course and take an exam by a specific date, but this does not happen. There is a complete lack of standard procedures. You'll find yourself having to manually track whether the classes were accounted for correctly, which is a hassle if you have a busy schedule. I recommend seeking a local class instead, as this experience has been quite frustrating and costly.
