I always value highly my shopping experience with Neat and Handy. Why? Because their products are a delight to receive and to use. I have their new Cleaning Paintpot; great quality and easy to use. Also most recently received was their new spray gun with upgraded nozzles. Again, great quality product and I now have even finer pinpoint control of how I apply paint to the 1/72nd, 1.48th and 1.32nd scale plastic model aircraft that I love to build. Neat and Handy has been my buddy all the way through my middle-building career. Love these guys. Every product is a winner.
Kept up to date when goods were dispatched, in transit, and out for delivery. Was a bit worried as I thought the delivery was incomplete but final package arrived soon after. Again I could track it right to delivery.Not used the vision magnifier or brushes yet but looking forward to starting modelling in a few weeks
I had an issue with the portable generator for my airbrush. I contacted customer support and sent a video of the issue. I got a reply withing a few days and a new part was sent to me without any inconvenience. I’m more than pleased with the product and the support. /Simon
Not worked from day one.Has not even had paint in it as it was tested with water. Just will not pull liquid through to spray. Took it to an experienced modeller (who has been using airbrushes for years) and they couldn’t get it to work.i sent a video of the problem, as requested by customer service, and that was the last I heard from them! Such a shame as I was really excited to start using an airbrush. I was going to use the company as they seem to have some nice products, but this experience has made me go elsewhere. Shame!N.B . Update. They finally got back to me, asked me to test again, which I did. Same result, not working. And now, once again, they have gone silent. So frustrating!N.B . Update No2. So they finally got back to me and agreed to send a “replacement “ . However, they seemed to have replaced the airbrush only which I don’t think was the problem. Not only that, but the added adapter/quick release part they added, does not fit the base/compressor unit!?!. This would be comical if it wasnt inept! I have never dealt with such a non customer caring company before. I am seeking advice in this matter.
Ordered 26th March and still waiting for delivery no answer to E-mail or Phone calls, Awful Customer Service, I will certainly not be dealing with "Neat and Handy" ever again! Can't wait until the 26th April so my Credit Card Company can issue them a Charge Back. Avoid!
I’m having an issue with the Mini Airbrush With Compact Compressor - Hobbyist Edition with the built-in battery.I bought it 20 months ago.It worked fine for three models. I’ve never used it to the point where it runs out of power, during a single session. Likely about 5-10 hours in total for those 3 model cars.I’m now on a fourth model. The charge now only lasts about 5-8 minutes, so I can barely part 2-3 small parts.It's now necessary to connect the USB cable to keep it going.I've emailed customer support to ask about this short charge time as to whether this ‘normal’ life expectancy of this product. I've received no response.I'm quite disappointed
I have been looking for something like this for a while as i do a lot of electronics / soldering etc.Absolutely brilliant. Choose the magnification and with a bright light too it will make my life so much easier.A must buy for small works / soldering!!!
Ordered the airbrush with priority shipping and first in line service. It's been a week and I have heard nothing. Emails go unanswered so I came here to write my experience. Will update when I hear from them, if I do...5 feb:Surprisingly the order status updated to shipped. No tracking number, nothing. Pretty crazy you have to make a fuzz to get stuff moving. However, no DHL tracking number yet, (35€ on a 100€ order) so no clue why my order is.8 febI had a brief chat via messenger, but they disappeared again. No tracking number and no product with fast delivery.Right now, I recommend to stay away from this company and buy a Harder & Steenbeleck airbrush instead.14.febI heard nothing, no product, no details, no contact.
Ordered some items. They sent twice as much as I ordered. In an effort to return the excess items and get a refund they would not answer emails OR phone calls. I have made repeated efforts to contract them, all efforts have gone unanswered. Their customer service is deplorable. DO NOT deal with these idiots.
