Concerned this is a scam. Posted a hotel stay on there in late december. Saw a bunch of glowing reviews. Sold the hotel stay and wasn't able to connect my banking information. Went back and read the reviews from the past two months and now am feeling 99% sure I will not be receiving my payment. Seems like the website went down within the past two months and no one has been paid as the seller nor recieved vouchers they bought as the buyer. Have a feeling my buyer didnt get the information they need and I wont be getting my money. Majorly disspointed and hoping this can be remedied.
I sold a voucher on January 6th confirmed the voucher has been used. I have been waiting on my $300 since then. It is now January 28th and I haven’t received a dime. I have emailed over 10 times with no response. I have messaged through their messaging service on their site 7-8 times and even reached out to the Facebook page. All with no response. I have sent screen shots of all communication and anything else relevant to the better business bureau. I’m hoping this gets resolved but at the moment I am out $300. DO NOT USE SPAREFARE ITS A SCAM.
I have sold my Transavia flight company voucher via Sparefare. There is a problem that I can not create a Stripe account due to country restriction, I live in Turkey. I can receive the payment via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies or other available payment channels but no one ask me about alternatives recently. I have sold it on January, 11.

Before selling, I was inundated with emails and alerts every 10 minutes. After sharing my voucher details, all notifications stopped, and no one is available for chat. I've sent multiple messages, but no one seems to care to respond. This feels like a scam. I plan to report it to the authorities to ensure this website and service are shut down to prevent further fraud.

Additionally, they are late on payments, specifically 15 business days (excluding weekends). I recognize that smaller teams can face challenges, but there are several other significant problems recently. If you want to avoid hiring legal assistance to recover your funds, it's best to refrain from posting or purchasing offers.
