I had an issue switching my hosting from Minecraft to Rust and was struggling with the RCON and game port configurations. Abdelrahman M. was incredibly helpful, identified the error in the startup settings immediately, and fixed it by redeploying the server with the correct ports. Everything is working perfectly now. I have used Sparked Host for a few years now (since around early 2022) for hosting websites, discord bots and minecraft servers, and never a bad experience, any time I needed assistance with anything, support would have my issue resolved in a minute or two. Abdelrahman M. was very quick with their support and very helpful, fixed my issue right away and also pointed out what the problem was.
