I declined the refund, opting instead to send in a second pair of frames, and they agreed to provide lenses for both, ensuring I had a backup. I just received my two new pairs of glasses, and they are fantastic! This company offers a valuable service that allows us to recycle our old frames when our prescriptions change. However, I did experience a lack of customer service, as I emailed twice without a response. Perhaps that's how they keep costs low, but some acknowledgment would be appreciated.
