Ordering the goods went smoothly, good communication regarding my order. My only frustration was that the order came from two different distribution centres so it meant I had to receive two deliveries. The assembled goods came via Furdeco and they communicated very well, the two flat pack items arrived without any notification that they were going to be delivered, luckily my wife was at home, the packages were very heavy and the driver struggled to lift them, please make sure you notify the customer when they are going to receive the items so that they can be prepared.
Online was so easy to order, great photos and description on your website, attention to detail.
Just what I’m looking for for my bedroom, but wanted quality furniture not flat pack.
Although I was informed that my ordered items were available and would arrive in 8 days, I am still waiting for a delivery date. It's frustrating because customer service seems to disregard you after payment. The service is disappointing.
Impossible to build with 2 people needs at least 4!!!!!!! Some how you are to balance 2 sections in the middle then put both ends up and a top. Then one end falls a snaps the base. Then to cap it all off the wooden pegs are to London to go in the base TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!
The sideboard arrived with a broken corner and multiple scrapes and scratches. The packaging was intact, indicating it was sent out in this condition. The returns process was incredibly frustrating, as they requested numerous photos from different angles, despite my disability. They also demanded another photo of the items packed and ready for collection. This has been the most absurd returns experience I've ever encountered. I would not purchase from them again, even if they were the only option available. A special mention goes to the representative for their notably poor customer service.
