This is a review of the companies customer services, and not a review of their services provided. I made an inquiry to this company, when I needed services for a traffic ticket. Prior to them calling me I handled the ticket myself. I received a call from the company and told them what I had done. The person on the phone proceeded to denigrate me on the phone telling me that I had made the wrong decision and didn't know what I was doing. He also made a false claim that because of my decision that my insurance would automatically go up $900/yr. After the tirade he quickly hung up before I could respond. I then got an email about how they can sometimes be sarcastic or direct on the phone, which sometimes leads to negative reviews online. I let them know that they just initiated me submitting another negative review. Their response was threats of legal retribution for defamation, because I didn't actually use their services. Very unprofessional.

I didn't purchase their services based on several reasons: 1) all of the negative reviews; 2) the company claiming that every negative review is fake; 3) the rude phone rep; 4) the threatening email claiming they'll sue me if I post a negative review bc I didn't purchase their services and can't review their services (not reviewing their services: reviewing my interaction with the rep); 5) claiming their customers are "repeat" customers; 6) cost and failure to honor their alleged guarantee. Every company is going to have some negative reviews, as it is impossible to make every single customer happy. No matter how hard a business may try, it will have upset or unsatisfied customers. By claiming that every negative review is fake and falsified, they are not being honest. If they can't be honest about this, then I can't trust anything they say. My second primary reason for not purchasing their services is the rude agent on the phone. As soon as I started asking questions to address my concerns, he became rude and belligerent, and immediately disconnected the call. The majority of potential customers seeking a new service with an unknown company is going to have concerns and questions. A good business owner and representatives can professionally address those concerns. A good product sells itself. But the sellers are the ones who turn away those customers. Repeat customers? If the information provided is adequate and comprehensive, as it should be, clients would not need to pay for more information the next time they receive a ticket. Hence, stating that they have many repeat customers suggests that the information provided is not of high caliber. Lastly, cost & guarantee. High cost of almost $300 with an alleged guarantee. The website claims a full refund if it doesn't work. Nonetheless, there are several reviews on various platforms that reference paid clients sharing their experience of the company refusing to issue a refund in accordance with their policy. Update: I knew this world be flagged as fraud. It's a real review. They flag every negative review. Proof: he told me to go to the clerk and ask for a bench decision, which would extend the court date. Then he said to ask the judge for verification of evidence. If pictures were allowed, I'd post screenshots of the emails.
$350 for court cases and common defense knowledge you can locate online for free - as I learned the hard way. Paid the money, then received the documents for my defense. Literally items I could have found, and advice I could have gotten from the neighborhood-friendly Reddit. Nothing groundbreaking as I had hoped. Oh! And if you request a refund, you get a lengthy dissertation when a short, polite email would accomplish the same goal without leaving a sour taste in your mouth. So 2 for 1 deal of being d*cks and a waste of money. I got a partial refund but still, ick. Moral of the story - save your money for actual attorneys. Lesson learned :(
The representative over the phone was very aggressive and rude at the end of the call because I was not gonna give him $299 over the phone when I didn’t know anything about this business. I’m glad I didn’t because the reviews are not great. I don’t see any good reviews. All I see is bad reviews. I got a phone call from an attorney in town $50 to take care of my speeding ticket and get it down to a parking ticket with no traffic school. I stopped to pay the fine of $150 but only $50 for their help thank you. I’m so glad I waited. I’m so tired of these men trying to rip me off I’m tired of it
