It’s the first casino app I enrolled in and they completely take advantage of your confidence to take your money away.
I created an account because a português influencer I follow advertised and I put 20€.
Some time later, I changed my mind and decided to take the money, but the minimum withdrawal value is 50€. I asked the chatbot what were my options and it said I could put + 30€ in order to have 50€, so I trusted it.
Only after depositing the money did it say that I had to play 3x times the value I deposited.
End result? Lost all my money and I can’t get it out and ofc it’s not realistic I’ll have the 50€ after playing 150€ because it’s only slots that count…
Don’t trust this company. Even the bonuses are not worth it.
Also, talked to the support team to explain my position and they said they couldn’t do anything.
