Mother-in-law order from these but accidentally order 3 units and not one. Applied to cancel the order within hours whilst the order tracking stated is hadn't been processed. Just received a reply stating too late and the order had been despatched. Mind you £50 for a backflow burner that's widely available on eBay and Amazon for under £15 screams a massive rip off to me and just a little scammy. I would swerve this company like!!
Ordered 4 burners for gifts which were supposed to come with a variety pack of 10 each. Received only 1 scent for all 4 burners. Contacted Spirual and they immediately rectified the situation. Excellent customer service. Beautiful burners. Will order from them again. Thank you Spirual. 😊
The website was very confusing and poorly designed. Watch out for being charged twice by mistake.[Edit 2023-11-21]: However, the company did reach out to me to try and clear things up, and gave me a refund of my order as compensation for my inconvenience. In light of that, I'll raise my review from three to four stars.
Jesse from Turbo debit was very friendly and went over everything with me and explained everything if I didn't understand. I was tired of being on this roller coaster ride and Jesse was able to stop it for me. Thank you so much I'm forever in your debit. lol
