Returning products costs more than the items

I ordered four burners and two packages of incense cones for Christmas gifts. I was charged $42 in customs fees without prior notice. The first waterfall I opened had several brown spots and a tiny broken piece inside. After burning a cone, my house smelled like a dirty ashtray. I opened a second burner, which was fine. I contacted the company to return the defective products, as they claimed returns were possible within 30 days. They told me I couldn't return opened packages, even though I washed and repackaged the defective burner. They provided a return label but only offered a refund for two unopened burners. I was told I had to pay shipping to Lithuania, and the return cost was $248.14, which exceeds what I paid for the products. I expressed my dissatisfaction to their support team, but they claimed no shipping partners in the U.S. This is outrageous! I'm at a loss of $182.44! UPDATE: On January 6, 2024, the company resolved the situation and refunded me the full amount. Thank you for the help!

Delivery failure

I ordered and paid for three items at the beginning of December, but despite several emails with unhelpful tracking information and a phone call trying to sell me additional cones, I still haven't received anything. I'm beginning to think my money and products have vanished! UPDATE: After my review on Trustpilot, I was eventually contacted by their customer service. They couldn't track my delivery but issued a full refund. They even sent me a kitchen knife as a gesture of goodwill, which is nice but doesn't quite match the ambiance of the incense burner!

I bought three. Bad idea

I bought three, two to be given as gifts, one for myself. I am so glad I tested it out first because it is HORRIBLE and not as advertised. The incense cones are just like the ones purchased at any headshops, gas stations, and assorted retailers. Any fragrance is hard to discern, they all smell the same, like burning chemicals, again like normal incense cones or sticks.The waterfall is neat, a novelty, but the only selling point. Your money would be better spent on yoga classes or a gym membership for Stress and weightless (which they say this product helps with)😒

One thing that made this experience top notch was the email correspondence regarding the shipment every step of the way. The shipment arrived right on time! The product is beautiful!! I gave it to my daughter as a gift and she loves it!
