I am updating my previous review to state that the company has finally refunded my €10 deposit. However, this only happened after persistent emails and public complaints, as their initial chat support was completely unresponsive.
While the specific issue is resolved, I still want to warn other users: the platform’s terms regarding balance withdrawals and top-ups are very confusing and not transparent. It shouldn't be this difficult to access your own funds or get a refund for a mistake caused by their limit policy.
I appreciate the eventual refund, but the overall user experience and clarity of terms need significant improvement. I will not be using this service again.
