Great offer coupled with often discounts make Sportdirect the shop worth buying from. User interface is very logical which makes buying experience even more appealing. Plus I never had any issues with delivery. When I take everything into consideration Sportdirect is a shop that I would recommend to everybody.
Worst shop experience yet, I had a vaucher with 50 pounds on it from last year, this year I wanted to use vaucher and after sucessfully applying it to my card on the last screen before paying the vaucher got accepted and the ammount was deducted from total. After entering my card details and clicking pay there was an error with transaction and the vaucher field was empty and the ammount didnt reflect a used vaucher. After entering vaucher again there was an error that the vaucher couldnt get used after that the transaction went throug with full amount being charged to my credit card. Next day I contacted the support which tried to gaslight me that my situation is totally normal and that the vaucher of 50 pounds is gone!!! After trying to explain myself further they just ended the chat with "to avoid further repetition of already mentioned information we end chat". Seems like a total scam they give you a vaucher with an intent to never honor it, same thing happened to me 2 years ago.

Disaster! You cannot be contacted by email or phone, except by completing a questionnaire to which we receive no answers. There was an error in the system during payment (not mine) and they ended up taking my money as two identical orders within 15 minutes of each other. I wanted to cancel one, but I have no one to contact... ugh, disaster!
