Do not order!! We got a very expensive towel warmer and it has been nothing but a headache. Stopped working after 1 year. They replaced the heating element which apparently is a known issue. 1 year later, same problem. Now again this year, same problem & now they say I'm out of warranty so that'll be $200 to replace the heating element! For that amount I may as well buy a cheap one to replace every year!

Alex assisted me in finding the correct items for my shower problem. She was patient, professional and incredibly helpful. Didn’t fix the problem!Plumber came in and said it was the wrong part 😕He wants to order a different part. This was my initial response on 10/5/2025.I got a prompt response from company and I sent them the pics of the parts. They promptly sent the correct part by Fedex expedited, did not charge me any extra and in fact said that would refund the money for the part that was sent incorrectly.Now that is real honest business. I take my earlier comments back and happy to give them 5 stars for taking care of the issue :-)
