You said to send a message to the email you gave me, I sent a message but I didn't get a reply from you, do you have any plans to give me my money or not? I said I need that money because I'm going to pay for my house rent. The few years you've used my money aren't enough. Now I'm going to take it and make it hard. Remember, it's not your company's money. If I'm taking it, it's my money. You've taken advantage of it. Now I'm going to take it and make it hard.??!!! I'll repeat that I need my money. It's been with you for a long time. You don't need to tell me. It takes several months. You should be ashamed. It's my money that I'm taking. Okay, I need that money. Maybe we'll understand each other because we only use one language.

I applied to Spring Financial only for a loan. I never requested or consented to the “Foundation” program. Despite this, Spring Financial withdrew $70 bi-weekly from my bank account.
I called support immediately to cancel, yet charges continued. Later I was told I’d receive only $11 back out of hundreds charged. This feels like a subscription trap with poor transparency.
Be very careful — monitor your bank account closely
I had a wonderful conversation and a positive experience with the support team today. I'm grateful to have discovered this foundation that will assist in improving my credit score. This is the encouragement I needed to take action right now. It feels like I've been given hope and a positive perspective. Looking forward to achieving a high credit score soon! Thank you so much to the team.😊🙏🏼👍
Please take a moment to consider this before trusting the overly positive reviews. I enrolled in a savings program that was supposed to help improve my credit score, which had suffered due to past financial abuse during a serious health crisis. After a year, my credit score showed no improvement despite consistent payments to other creditors. I paid a total of $1,830, yet ended up with only $750 saved. I was promised a loan at a favorable interest rate upon completion of the program, but was instead offered a $1,500 loan, which was far less than I needed. Previously, I had been directed to a lender for a larger amount, for which I'm still paying exorbitant interest rates. To get the $1,500 loan, they wanted to hold my remaining $750 as collateral, with an 18-month term and biweekly payments adding up to an outrageous total of $3,120. This translates to over 100% additional interest disguised as fees and unnecessary insurance premiums. I was informed that the APR on the loan was 31.99%, which is shocking. As a former financial planner, I recognize the predatory nature of this organization, which exploits those in need. They prey on vulnerable individuals, draining their financial resources under the guise of assistance. I strongly advise against trusting this service.
My experience with the service was outstanding. They helped me understand how to improve my credit score, and I truly appreciate the guidance, especially with the holiday season approaching. Being able to pay off my bills is a huge relief; thank you all!
