I experienced a troubling situation with this service. I did not buy a gift card, yet they drained my account of the fifty-something dollars I had. When I asked for a refund, they claimed there was nothing they could do, which feels unjust. I reviewed their terms and it seems they have not been truthful. They insisted that there were 'no purchases' made, which is hard to believe. This is simply unacceptable, and they refuse to provide any proof regarding the matter.
