Contacted them about a legal matter. They stated that someone would contact me. They did by email asking me to call them back. I did. Left a message for the solicitor that I had called when they had asked. They never responded. Very poor customer service if they can't provide a good service when you are v trying to engage them and give them money I can only guess what it would be like after engaging them.
Had the impression the company uses inexperienced and unsupervised staff without the necessary supervision. The experience with the company was appalling. They would ask for AML information which we provided, then they would revert to say would we please repeat the submission in a certain format. Why didn't they provide instructions with the first request?? Created so much wasted time.
This is our second time using Starck Uberoi, once commercially for work, and most recently for personal residential purchase. We were very happy with the service provided, but most importantly the rapid response to any query we put to them.
