My first time using Starck Uberoi for a remortgage and received great service. Gulben and Elena were super helpful and informative, and extremely prompt at responding to any queries I had. Their price was also very competitive. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
I used the company for a house sale and received a professional service with prompt responses to questions via email. They provided clear answers. Equally important was the ability to speak to the solicitor directly on the phone when required. I used the company previously for will writing and LPA and similarly received an excellent service.I would recommend without hesitation!

I recently had a really bad experience with Stark Uberoi and their conveyancing services. My file was clearly mismanaged, and communication only improved after I filed a formal complaint with the firm. Before that, my emails went unanswered for days, and it was impossible to reach anyone by phone. The receptionist was also unhelpful and at times quite rude — despite calling many times, I was never transferred to my solicitor once. According to the receptionist, my solicitor was always in meetings. How can a client feel reassured when no one will speak to them?They missed my completion date and decided to reopen compliance checks after they had already received my funds into their client account — and even after the agreed completion date. Surely this is not the correct procedure?To their credit, the team did eventually pull it together in the final week, and we managed to complete within my deadline — but that really doesn’t make up for all the unnecessary stress, confusion, and delays leading up to it.Stark Uberoi has glowing reviews online, but this was not my experience. I would not recommend their services.
We had a very disappointing experience with this firm while they were supposed to be handling our lease extension.From the start, it felt like they lacked the necessary knowledge and experience. Rather than proactively managing the process, they repeatedly asked us to gather information that a competent solicitor should normally obtain themselves. It often felt like we were doing the legwork while paying them to represent us.Communication was also extremely poor. Emails we sent were clearly not read properly, as we were asked the same questions multiple times despite already providing the information. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration throughout.The reception staff were also rude and unhelpful on several occasions, which made dealing with the firm even more unpleasant.Eventually, due to the lack of progress and confidence in their ability to handle the matter, we decided to cease instructing them. Despite the fact that no meaningful work had been completed, they attempted to bill us for the exact amount remaining from our initial deposit. We had to send a firm and assertive email before they finally returned our deposit.Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Punika was absolutely brilliant in enabling me and my husband to purchase our first home. Even when things got complicated with delays, Punika kept us fully informed and did everything possible to keep the process moving along. I would highly recommend Starck Uberoi Solicitors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
