I've used StarPets a lot recently, the prices seem reasonable and the selection is great. The only criticism is that, rarely, when collecting the pets it can be slightly glitchy, and it may continuously say 'the seller has too many active trades' which means you can't redeem your item for a while, or if you buy a lot of things you might not be able to redeem them all in the hour you are given because of these bugs which make it take longer sometimes. Overall, I think the glitches aside, its a great place to buy things from.
