Honestly, I was not looking to switch my Merchant services. But Lauren walked in to my salon. Something about her approach, so nice and not “ salesman like.” We actually started to talk. Because of her personality, I was curious what exactly her company was about. Her non-aggressiveness intrigued me. Before she left, I gave her my cell phone number (which I never do when it comes to sales people walking into my salon, which happens every day) and told her to text me. She was extremely informative. I actually had no questions lol. It took me one minute to make my decision to switch. Something about her nature made me confident in my decision.
Here’s the most important part. Normally, after the kill you hear nothing. But Lauren continued to text me every single day asking me how everything was going. I even had a little glitch on a holiday weekend, wondering about my batch and she literally was getting back to me on a Sunday.
When people ask me how I’m so successful in my business I always say it’s not about the money. If you genuinely possess excellent customer service successful will come to you. Lauren is the perfect example of this.

This company actively seeks out sales personnel with appealing offers, but they fail to deliver on their promises. The sales kit arrives late and contains only a fraction of what was advertised. They claim to pay $50 for every merchant connected, yet no payments are made. Their honesty is questionable. As for the sales manager, one would expect a qualified individual in that role, but mine was lacking and couldn't answer basic questions. He largely disregarded what the merchant communicated. It was shocking how inadequate he was. I would recommend that honest salespeople look elsewhere and find a company that fulfills its commitments. Merchants should also consider avoiding this one.

Eric stands out as the most responsive and proactive representative I've encountered from any POS system provider. Despite numerous challenges with our old system, he managed everything efficiently, going above and beyond. I highly recommend him without hesitation.
If you haven't signed up for Merchant services, I strongly suggest you do. I've used the service for both my businesses and have found peace of mind from the onboarding to daily operations. Anthony was professional and convincing during our initial chat. The staff, including Erick and Fredy, made everything easy, and installation was quick and efficient. My business was operational in under five days. I'm truly impressed and recommend them highly!
