Idriss was incredible. He really went above and beyond. I was under a strict deadline and no other company I called could help get me the promo items in time for my event. Idriss found items I could use, made sure we got a couple different designs to the designer, and helped me decide on what looked best. He followed up throughout the process to make sure I saw his responses, got my decisions in on time, and ensured that I received tracking numbers. He even followed up after delivery to confirm I received everything I needed. I have literally never received service like this before. Truly incredible. I'm so thankful.

We were not satisfied with the quality of the puzzle. The pieces seemed to be made from a low-quality material. It was frustrating that the image for the puzzle was not included on the box as we had requested. When we finally received the image, it was printed on a regular sheet of paper and was so large that it had to be folded twice to fit in the box. Overall, we felt let down!
