They were fairly quick with their move and efficient. Their cost/rate is not the cheapest but in the nominal range amongst their competitors. I'd choose these for future movers nd would recommend it to a friend.
This isn’t first time I use Star Van Lines and I’m always happy with them. They come on time and all my stuff arrive safe. This time we move office and it all went fine. The movers really know what they do. They even help me pack some fragile things, which was nice. Big thanks!
Moving is always stress for me, I had so many clothes, cosmetics and my books that I didn’t even want to start packing. In the end I listen to a friend and booked Star Van Lines. Best choice. They packed everything careful, even small glass jars with creams came safe. Big plus – they also helped to put my furniture back together, which I really didn’t want to do myself.Only minus, they arrived a bit late cause of traffic, but after that all went smooth. I’m thankful and for sure give 5 stars.
Didn’t really expect much tbh, cuz every time I move something always messes up. But these Star Van Lines guys actually did good. Came right on time, no “we’re stuck in traffic” stuff. Just started working right away, boxes, furniture, all of it. They didn’t waste time, didn’t sit around. I was watching like, wow, that’s rare now. Everything got there fine, no scratches, no drama.
Packing is always the part I hate most. I just wanted moving day to go easy without stress. A friend told me to try Star Van Lines and I’m happy I did.What I liked first – everything was clear. No strange rules, no confusing words. Date and time was set, that’s it. On the day, the guys came a bit early, looked around and even gave tips how to wrap the big furniture. They really knew their job.They were also patient with me… I kept saying ‘please don’t turn the box with plates’ more than once, and they just smiled and did it right. All my things arrived fine, nothing broken, no scratches. And the best part – they didn’t only bring stuff inside, they even helped put together my bed and wardrobe.No extra selling, no drama, just proper work. Hard to find movers like that now.
My move wasn`t big, just 1 bedroom place, but i still was more nervous than i should. Star Van Lines guys came right on time, told me quick plan how they do it and then just start working. No wasting time, no bad attitude. They wrapped my screen and some fragile kitchen stuff without me even asking. One of them saw my coffee table leg was loose and fixed it before loading - small thing but really nice. Everything finished in under 3 hours, nothing broken or scratched. I don`t usually write reviews, but this time they really deserve it.
I moved not long ago n got this company helpin mostly with big furnitur that’s hard to take apart n put back. Tbh didn’t expect much, just wanted my stuff safe. But they did realy good 👍 Every piece they handle super careful, even wrote on boxs wats inside, didn’t just rush it. At the new place they put my stuff back same way it was b4. Saved me heaps of time n stress. For sure gonna call em again.
Need to improve communications to customer. Moving is stressful enough without knowing when they will pickup or deliver. Very little follow up back to customer once Justin has you initial credit card fee.The only good thing I can say is when all else fails call customer service and ask for Alex. He was the most helpful and should be in charge of all. Communications to customers. Very helpful,when no one else seemed to care .Alex ,,, I genuinely thank you for all your help at the end of this nightmare.PS. Robert just went dark on me as a customer.
Didn’t expect too much, just wanted the move done, but it was better than I thought. Star Van Lines guys came even a bit early, helped me finish packing some stuff I forgot, and they stayed patient. One box was broken and they fixed it with tape, so nothing got lost. They didn’t rush, just did the work normal and respectful. Feels nice when people actually care about their job.
