I can’t even sync the tracker is horrible I’ve been trying for the past 2 days following all the right steps and I haven’t tracked a single thing I need this fixed immediately or i will be contacting my bank
I encountered some difficulties with delivery as my order was not sent to the correct address. It was the courier's mistake, but the service was prepared to send a replacement right away. Within two days, the parcel was located and delivered. This shows that the company is committed to resolving issues effectively.
After previously leaving a positive review, I’m disheartened to report a negative experience this time. This morning, I attempted to set up the tracker, only to find it paired with another device! Additionally, the charging cable included does not fit the tracker. I'm quite frustrated just before Christmas, as this was meant to be a key gift.
I ordered on December 10 and still have not received it after 12 days. I've tried contacting the support team through email and chat on the website, but received no help or responses. Their site claims a 2-3 day delivery for ROI, yet here I am, 12 days later with nothing. With Christmas just 3 days away, this is a very expensive gift for my son that I still don't have! I wasn’t even given a tracking number. Extremely disappointing.
1. The product is overly complicated to use. 2. Their website is misleading, failing to mention that the device is only functional outdoors. Living in Canada, this renders it nearly useless for much of the year. 3. They also obscure additional shipping fees upon delivery. 4. I ended up spending $180 just to return it due to their unclear website. In total, I lost $250 shipping it back and forth. 5. When I reached out about these issues, my concerns were ignored. Overall, their lack of communication and poor customer service turned this into one of my most frustrating experiences with any company.
The tracker concept is great, but if the company had a genuine customer-first approach, my review would be different. I ordered online and was charged by a US entity. After receiving the tracker, I was hit with unexpected import fees, which the company confirmed were my responsibility despite their US-based charge. Their customer service was unhelpful, taking over a week to respond. After leaving a review about extra charges, my tracker stopped working. They took a long time to respond, and I ended up having to dispute the charge due to the defective product. Their communication and support were lacking, especially after the sale.
