Non-existent customer service. Do not buy. My husband bought a Steamery as a Christmas gift. However it was unwanted due to the mixed reviews of performance quality. We have been emailing since 3rd January to arrange a return (the process they specify) and still no response, despite following up 3 times. There is no phone number available or alternative route to contact. We have an unopened/unused and unwanted item. I hope Steamery monitor these reviews closer than their contact mail email address.
