A freeway fire recently rendered my Range Rover a total loss. After speaking with my insurance company and providing them with photos and videos, I was offered a little over $13,000 for the settlement. I rejected that initial offer and did a little research to see what the vehicle was actually worth. Armed with that information I invoked my Appraisal Clause and contacted St. Lucie Appraisal Company to see if they would represent me. Almost immediately, Franklin Colletta informed me that my vehicle was most likely worth much more than what was being offered but wanted to do some research first: he said it would take approximately one week for the detailed appraisal to come back. When it was all said and done, I ended up with almost $22,000 For my vehicle. if you believe that your vehicle is worth more than what your insurance company is offering you for a total loss, I highly recommend that you contact St. Lucie Appraisal Company before agreeing to anything. I am more than happy with the service that I received and would definitely contact them again if needed.
Franklin Colletta, the owner of this buisness keeps doxing mine and my wife's personal info as revenge against us for leaving a honest one star review. Do not engage with this business, it's not safe to do so, I say that based on what we are experiencing now. He's encouraging clients to call my wife's cell phone and harass her.Franklin is now also attempting to harass us by contacting our employers over this personal matter. He’s not a safe person to do business with.
After battling with Geico for several months and getting nowhere over a valuation of my truck in which they were completely low balling me, I contacted St. Lucie Appraisal Company. They were able to get me market value for my truck. About $13,000 more than what Geico originally offered.
They are the cheapest auto appraiser in the area, but if it's a private deal don't use them because the car will be sold to someone else before you get the appraisal report. I was told 7-10 days for the report it's been 13. I have contacted them and they said to be patient. Lol im starting to think they ran off with my money.
