Good quality grey slate chippings with hardly any dust. Communication and interaction was good. On minor improvement was if they could give a rough estimate of delivery time. (Mine was last off the lorry so I had waited in all day for it)
I cannot praise this company enough!The customer journey was fantastic, I was provided with SMS and email updates along the delivery, plus a tracking ID to track my delivery.The delivery used an 18 tonne truck with a tail-lift, the delivery driver also had an electric trolley so able to transport my delivery where I needed it.The quality of the slate I received was superb, received exactly what I ordered.Price is unbeatable.Jordan was also a great help with any questions or inquiries I had.
I needed to contact the company about an inquiry and they called back very promptly. All the staff were polite and courteous and and my questions with professionalism. The product arrived right on time and the delivery driver was also polite. The product was of good consistent quality.
