Review Time
Ordered porcelain 20mm tiles for a new patio 600mm by 900mm. Good prices, quick delivery however a couple slabs had chips on the edges and one half a pallet had soggy cardboard on them which left imprints of the cardboard coloursedit: changed review to 1 star as they would not respond to my email about chipped tiles.

excellent product and delivery great. Only complaint was the responsiveness(not) of your chatbot and that I asked customer services via a phone call the day before to drop me a text when the delivery was imminent - never received.
Good product and delivery. The driver had a difficult manoeuvre but did so without complaining and was helpful on where to unload. There was a problem with tracking the delivery since the link did not work on the e mail. A telephone call was needed to confirm the approximate time but carried out in a helpful manner with a call back.
From my initial enquiries with very helpful staff at this company to receiving a sample and then to our actual delivery everyone was extremely helpful and efficient. The South Lakeland blue slate chippings we ordered are really lovely and look very good in our garden. The delivery was very efficient and we were able to have the 3 bags we ordered put exactly where we wanted them so also a big thanks to the carrier. All in all a thoroughly deserved 5 stars.
This would’ve been a five star review, but my delivery wasn’t put on the lorry on the agreed day.So I had a wasted day off.But it arrived very promptly the next day.All communication with this company was excellent.Very happy with the goods.Would definitely use again
