I wanted to leave a positive review, as people never really leave one unless is a bad experience! I ordered my porcelain slabs from this company before looking at any reviews, after ordering I saw all of these and was so worried about what I was going to receive and how many broken slabs I would have. Ordered on a Monday delivered the following Monday on standard delivery. I ordered 55SQM of porcelain slabs and not one has been broken, there wasn’t much communication on dispatch, but the Friday before I received a call from the delivery company scheduling delivery. Can’t fault, really good pricing and slabs are beautiful - thanks Stone Saver!

1 star is the lowest i was allowed to…

1 star is the lowest i was allowed to leave i wish it could be less please please AVOID i have had nothing but trouble with this shower of **** it began with me contacting them to ask if they could deliver as i live in the countryside i was informed this was not an issue once they had my order and money 10 days passed with no contact i had to chase them and was informed they couldn't deliver as i live in an area with low slung trees after 3 days of conversing i was informed my refund would be issued when they receive the goods back from the delivery company another 6 days passed when i received an email to say my refund had been processed minus 183 pounds for re stocking charges this company are con artists please avoid i will be taking this further

Bad service, find another!

The company sent one purchase confirmation email, and that's it! They didn't send any tracking information. I called a couple of times, and every time they said it's collected by the delivery company. After digging deeper, they provided a phone number to contact. This whole process took 13 days! And after calling the parcel delivery people, my garden slabs arrived on day 14 after purchase. More than 10% were broken, and in an unusable condition.

Worse company scammers

Worse company to use,I order one pallet of tiles from them,it took over one month to come without any contact from them until I phoned them and made an issue.when the pallet come I didn’t open it u till 1 week later as work hasn’t started.one of the tiles was cracked in half I phoned them they told me to send proof and email them.after doing so they replied I didn’t meet the criteria as it need to be above 10% of the the product I ordered broken otherwise you don’t meet the criteria for a refund or a replacement.i was also told I should of ordered 10% above what I needed to make sure that even if this happens I will have bought.this is daylight Robbery.i highly believe they put that in there just to get rid of their broken products and not to loose money.do not use customer service is appalling won’t even reply back to you.

***AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***Like all other 1 star reviews I received broken porcelain paving tiles. Just under 10% of 80+ were severely damaged I had to purchase to replace. General tile suppliers suggest extra 10% for the consumers breakages, NOT the suppliers breakages!Therefore I lost £££'s to these scammers.I reiterate ***AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***

Should've read the reviews first...

I received my paving order one week after ordering, one of the pavers was damaged. I reported it immediately and had it noted on the delivery ticket.However, the company refused to do anything about it, citing a policy that they don’t take responsibility for damage if it’s under 10% of the order—even when it’s clearly damaged on delivery. It's extremely disappointing to see a company show so little care for product quality or customer experience, especially when the issue was reported right away.I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’d suggest others think twice before doing so.

Damaged goods and unfair damage delivery policy

Ordered 74 patio slabs, price was good to be fair, but arrived damaged, obvious a fork from a fork lift had gone through the pallet, marked as damaged, photos taken and reported, 7 tiles in total smashed and unusable Stone saver didn't care and said that up to 10% can be damaged and they won't do anything, to replace the damaged ones plus delivery again would cost me just under £100Thinking about taking to trading standards as terms and conditions should be deemed as "fair and reasonable" this isn't, leaves the buyer out of pocket Can see this isn't the first review complaint about damaged goods

So poor in that you are advised to…

So poor in that you are advised to order more for “wastage” but what it actually means… AFTER you’ve purchased is that if any arrive broken and the amount equates to less than 10% of order… tough… and also delivery charges are extortionate…not only do you pay for delivery in excess of £40.. if you want named day an extra £40… and keys face it most people order this type of product as they want to start a garden on a specific day/ week… wouldn’t recommend at all

Lots of stipulations made known after purchasing tiles as to what to do when they are delivered, e.g must sign as damaged even if unsure if they are, however when it comes to accepting delivery there isnt even an option to sign "damaged"! There's a stipulation that damages must be between certain percentages to be considered - ridiculous. It transpires this is a 'get out clause' to get out of refunding or replacing damaged tiles. Wouldn't recommend.
