Worse company with contact, with our first order we didn’t receive the next day also they are really good at ignoring your emails. Not getting back to you worse company l. We were going to order patio slabs but changed our mind as their communication and delivery is so bad.
Wish I'd have read the reviews regarding delivery! When slabs were delivered driver told us they'd not been stacked correctly and to take pics of any broken or damaged ones. Out of 50 slabs 6 were broken. Now stupidly I thought the 10% extra that we ordered were for any damages we made but no that's not the case. Basically we should have ordered 20% extra, 10% for any of our own breakages when laying and 10% for their incorrect packing and transporting. For all I know they could have put already broken slabs in with our delivery because they were broken Into many pieces. Contact was also difficult and why was I asked to send photos of said slabs when they knew they weren't going to replace. The funniest thing was that they kept on emailing for a pic of the completed job which at that time I didnt even know if we'd have enough slabs to finish!Eventually I got a refund for 1 slab.....wow......I shall not to using or recommending the company as I think the broken slabs problem is happening to too many customers, so don't trust them, you'll be lucky if you manage to recieve a delivery intact
Very reasonable price, all tiles well packaged and no damages at all out of 80 tiles, I had no damages at all. The only reason for 4 stars was the communication from the sales and delivery team. Delivery took over 2 weeks and nobody ever got back to emails etc. But the products were spot on.
Avoid this company.I received my tiles on a damaged pallet. The delivery driver told us we could accept the pallet, that he took his own photos, and we’d be able to claim for the damage.After accepting the pallet, we were told that no photos exist and that if less than 10% of the stock is damaged, they don’t offer any refunds or replacements.I’ve got one cracked tile — is it really such a problem to send a replacement?Absolute disgrace.
I should really read the reviews first. Worst experience with this company ever. Would not recommend to anyone dealing with it. Pallets were delivered to a wrong address and been there for two days unsupervised. After all, slabs on the pallets were brocken. When asked for refund/replace, they refused it due to their famous "company's 10% policy". Don't waste your money and/ time. Avoid it.
Shocking service from this company. A number of the tiles arrived smashed and they were simply not interested in refunding. Stacked in an impossible way to allow inspection within their own ridiculous time frame. Apparently, I should be buying and paying for a number of tiles expecting them to be broken. That's somehow my issue and no offer made to refund those that were broken. Unacceptable practice which I have never encountered from others. AVOID unless you are prepared to pay for faulty goods.
