Order#12167.I ordered 39 pieces of edging porcelain. It was delivered in a pallet with black wrapping film. My father received it as I was out for business trip. I didn't open it to count and thought the quantity should be correct. I left it intact and waited for handyman to come.Handyman finally came after six weeks as he was very busy before season end. He opened the packing and paved simultaneously. He told me the material wasn't enough. Only 30 pieces available.I called customer serivces and got response after 4 days. The representative told me he couldn't retrieve details for inspection. What a joke. It is expected that everything should be recorded in such a sizable company.He finally gave me solution that I had to pay for half price for nine pieces missing porcelain. As I pay the handyman on job basis and he just left me few days to close the job, so I didn't struggle but to pay for Stone Saver's mistake.The only thing I couldbparise is the service of the customer service advisor, James Thorogood. He is very helpful and responsive. Regret that I won't have chance to deal with him anymore if he is still in Stone Saver.
Ordered 3 samples that were delivered to wrong address. When I got the box only 1 I'd ordered in there and one substituted, so only 2 inbox. Rang you and explained as particularly wanted the one that didn't turn up. Was told would be in post , even got an email to confirm BUT nothing ever arrived
