They lure you in with competitive rates and then quietly withdraw support for features on existing plans without any warning. This forces users to pay significantly more just to maintain access to the same functionalities, leaving no real choice.
We have generally enjoyed using the platform for client projects, particularly the editor's flexibility. However, the recent pricing changes have been quite disappointing. The new plan offers fewer assets than before, forcing customers to upgrade to a much pricier tier to continue functioning as before. Our previous pay-as-you-go agreement has been removed, leaving us with no reasonable alternatives. This feels more like a reduction in value rather than aligning with market needs.
The recent drastic changes to subscription plans have significantly affected existing customers. Features that once included unlimited languages are now limited, and asset limits have been cut drastically. We are now facing a substantial price increase without consideration for current users. While price adjustments can be expected, these changes fundamentally alter the product's value. Additionally, support has been lacking, making it hard to reach anyone unless on a premium plan.

This sudden price hike of up to 800% is shocking, especially with such short notice. It’s concerning for both customers and agencies that recommend this service. While many companies do adjust prices, such extreme changes for existing users feel greedy.
This company appears to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, implementing unreasonable price plans and making significant changes to their tiers without warning. It’s frustrating, and I will be moving all projects away and will not recommend their services.
The tool itself is fantastic, especially the visual editor, and the free tier for developers is appreciated. However, the pricing model is perplexing. Charging per user instead of based on content usage doesn’t make sense, leading to unnecessary costs. A free tier until a certain content threshold would be a better approach. Despite loving the product, the pricing model is quite frustrating.
We are unhappy with how the company addresses issues. We've faced persistent problems with page displays, and contacting support has not yielded satisfactory results, costing us money. Despite attempts to reach out, we have not received effective solutions.
I am disappointed with how the company handled my feedback. After providing constructive criticism, they misrepresented it to my employer, damaging my professional relationships. Their CMS appears outdated and difficult for developers, lacking sufficient support and documentation.
