This has left me questioning the legitimacy of this business, as the management clearly lacks basic customer service and communication skills. I won’t be considering any future purchases from this seller.
EVERYONE REPORT THEIR TikTok ACCOUNT! I ordered from the official website and it took weeks for my order to arrive. I kept asking for updates and was ignored. When I finally received my order, I got five jackets that were all ripped and stained. I had ordered a 10-piece reseller bundle. The person running this business is a complete joke; avoid at all costs as YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

They are total scammers; what you receive is nothing like what is shown in their social media posts. You'll end up with stained, smelly clothes that look like they’ve been discarded. When I complained, I was ignored. I've reported them to trading standards today since, as evident from the reviews, this seems to happen regularly.
I ordered a £99 bundle and received a bag of items that are practically worthless, not even fit to give away for free. Four of them were damaged, one had a hole the size of a football. They ignored my messages until I threatened to dispute with my bank, after which they promised replacements two weeks ago, but I still have nothing. I will be disputing this with my bank today. Avoid this seller.
I’m writing this for my grandson, who is sixteen. He wanted to buy some clothes, and the promised bundle arrived after paying £55. The five items were essentially rags that reeked and looked like they came from a dumpster: even a homeless person wouldn't wear them. After reading the reviews, I realize I've been scammed, and this individual is taking advantage of people without any morals. They have set up a fraudulent website, and if you read the fine print, it’s clear they’re scamming people under the guise of providing a decent clothing bundle. Beware! They are reportedly under investigation by trading standards.
AVOID THIS SELLER, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND SEND YOU THE WORST ITEMS EVER. THEY WILL SEND YOU CHEAP CLOTHING AND MAYBE ONE item that's worth a few pounds. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TRUST ME. THERE ARE BETTER SUPPLIERS OUT THERE. THEY JUST USE YOU AND MARKET THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA TO MAKE MONEY.
Really bad experience, everyone should avoid this seller. I bought a £45 bundle and he was responsive before the purchase, claiming a full refund if I didn’t make a profit. After the purchase, he started ignoring me, and when I mentioned a chargeback, he blocked me. I’m reporting this individual to the authorities.
