After purchasing the mirror, I did not receive any information for three weeks regarding the status of my order. There were no updates or communication at all. When a delivery was finally scheduled, the driver arrived ahead of the agreed time. I made a special trip back from my vacation, driving one and a half hours to accept the delivery, only to discover that the driver had already left. This resulted in a failed delivery. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, poor coordination, and missed delivery highlight a very disorganized customer service process. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would not recommend this service based on my experience.
