How much longer will we endure the subpar writing, implausible storylines, and awkward performances from certain cast members? It seems there's an assumption that this is a staple and viewers will keep tuning in regardless. Breaking news: we won’t. Please end this poor-quality content.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. It buffers continuously (unlike other apps), closes unexpectedly, and is generally challenging to navigate. If I weren't so eager to watch a specific show, I would have given up entirely.

Unprecedented level of poor content packed into a single hour of television. How much longer will we tolerate the lazy writing, unbelievable plots, and stiff acting from some staff members? Extremely disappointing

It's about time someone took responsibility for this mess. The same issues mentioned in other reviews, such as not loading, constant buffering, and unexpected shutdowns, are frustrating, and then you have to endure the entire advertisement cycle again from the start. I've never faced anything like this with any other apps.

Poor streaming experience

Despite what customer support claims regarding clearing the cache and reinstalling, the app still buffers, freezes, and malfunctions. The user interface is terrible. Among all the apps I use, this one ranks as the worst. When will they listen to feedback and take action instead of making excuses about broadband or hardware issues?

Issues with ad-free subscription

I subscribed for an ad-free experience. It keeps reverting back to the 'free with ads' version. Customer service takes two full days to respond, with no apologies or offers of refunds! I prefer ad-free options across all my streaming services, and this is the only one causing problems. Plus, I wish they would remove the large image of certain hosts; it's frustrating to see their faces every time I check for updates. I'm done with this service. There are many better options available.

Unreliable app

This app is incredibly unreliable. It loses programs halfway through, only to return after 10 minutes of troubleshooting. It’s the worst TV app ever. Come on, get it together; it's 2025.
