No delivery update at all and wrong goods received

No delivery update at all. As this is a fridge product, I would expect a shipping notice. What I ordered is not what I received Very disappointed as this was my 1st order, also my last Unfortunately I cant add photos to show the difference in what I ordered to what I received. Considering I spent £45 on cheese, they could have tried to get it right

Bad company bad service

Something is going wrong at Eatlean... don't buy directly from them at the moment.Something is going wrong at Eatlean...My order wasn't sent for several days and no emails at all were sent. I had to chase and ask where it was, not the other way around!I was told there were warehouse problems, but not when to expect a dispatch. It was then sent, but no email to let me know it was on its way...I've messaged Customer Services, but who knows what will happen as I don't have much faith in the organisation at the moment. But, I'll update this if there's a proper resolution.Such a shame, as the cheese is good, too. But, I recommend only buying from a supermarket - never from Eatlean, as things are at the moment.

Something is going wrong at Eatlean... My Express order wasn't sent for 5 days. I had to chase and ask where it was, not the other way around! I was told there were warehouse problems, but not when to expect a dispatch. It was then sent, but no email to let me know it was on its way... But MUCH WORSE, once it arrived it's an incomplete order (with me heavily out of pocket). So, I paid for additional Trio Packs which haven't arrived, even though the invoice shows the quantity it should be. The most baffling is how few were sent - who would order that few? I've messaged Customer Services, but who knows what will happen as I don't have much faith in the organisation at the moment. But, I'll update this if there's a proper resolution. Such a shame, as the cheese is good, too. But, I recommend only buying from a supermarket - never from Eatlean, as things are at the moment.

Love my eatlean cheese …

I been ordering my eatlean cheese from when i ad a high cholesterol as I love my cheese, i am glad i fund eatlean, i love the cheese , i use it on pizza, pasta ,or on salad , i never ad a problem with delivery , packed with care and arrived safe , only this order there was an issue ,but I contact customer service with no problem Pascal sorted out my issue by sending out the rest of the missing cheese ,and today was delivered,

Good product, quick reply with one problem.

Love the bars and the grated cheese. Great taste and great macros.There was a problem with one of the slices packages but they replied and refunded very quickly.

The cheeses are really good

The cheeses are really good, but the delivery management is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. This is the last time I’m buying from the website. it’s better to just get it at the store

Incompetent company - don't waste your money

I ordered from this incompetent company over 2 weeks ago. My order was apparently dispatched on the 8th of May. (12 days ago). Customer services finally stopped ignoring me a few days ago, promised it was lost and they'd reship it. Came back again and said no we'll send it next week now. Yesterday I was contacted and provided with a tracking number.Guess what tracking number it was? Of course the exact same one I was provided with on the 8th and customer service won't reply again.Don't order from this company unless you want to throw away your money and subsequently be ignored or lied to.

Mouldy - avoid!

Grated cheese doesn't go out of date until 9th April (today is 22nd March), just opened and tipped on to food and all underneath was mouldy. Absolutely disgusting. Worst still is this isn't a one-off, this has happened to is before on a different batch, we just assumed it has maybe been stored wrong in the supermarket but this appears to be a theme with this company. Avoid!

I love the EatLean products

I love the EatLean products. I’m on a seriously reduced fat diet and desperately miss real cheese - this is a a close as I can get to the real thing. The cheese blocks make a very passable and healthy alternative to cheese sauce A slight hiccup with a recent order (one missing item) was responded to within 24 hours. Shipping was very quick on the main order, too. I understand people here have had less positive experiences with customer service and I suspect that’s what drove them to leave a review. I also get that EatLean are not always coping with demand and customer service seems to slip. But so far I think they are doing their best. I’d recommend them, despite the glitches.
