Review Time
I ordered the Sunbound Sterling Silver Petal Ring. It's lovely, but about 3 months later now it is completely tarnished. I contacted Sundelle with a pic, only to be told it was past the 3 month time to return but their newer version was improved and shouldn't tarnish and I can get 50% off! Terrible product!!!!
I ordered some earrings, got a plastic charm. Its a SCAM. Heard about this type of thing happening. . The only reason I knew what it was supposed to be was because it says it on the little plastic bag the charm came in. Disappointing because it looks like the company is based in the USA, but its from China. Don't waste your money!
They sent the product I ordered upside down, looked nothing like in the picture on the website. It was ca earrings and the clasp was supposed to be by the ears and it was on the bottom so when you put them in, it did not look like a cat. They were responsive to emails and said they will send me a replacement, but it is not worth the headache. I do not recommend this site.
