The technology is easy to use, the team troubleshoot in a timely manner, and they welcome feedback and customer engagement. Our tech team is happy because it is very simple to set up each week, and our congregation members like the clean easy to read web app in their preferred language. We have been preparing paper translation for our Chinese members but have been unable to provide for other language groups that we have. Sunflower has provided the answer for us in an incredibly simple way. We can now provide translations for 10 language groups in real time via mobile phones that is at the users discretion and removed the time pressure of paper translations.
