Ordered a calendar. Total rip off.Scammers.** Edited for more information.The advert showed a hamper with chocolate in. I ordered 2. I received a flat packed cardboard box with red ribbon. Very misleading and for what I received the price was disgraceful. I notice the same reviews.
SHOCKINGLY BAD COMPANYProducts very cheap poor quality from China. Despite their site saying refunds are available, they will not let you have one. They tell you the costs to return the goods outweighs the amount to be refunded. Absolute scam conning company. DO NOT USEIn reply to your reply dated 22nd November. I contacted your customer services several times. It was them that told me refunds are not available as postage would cost you too much. You said I should resell the items(which were totally useless) to get my money back, or give them to someone as a gift. You finally offered me a partial refund which I took as it was that or nothing. You company is dishonest, devious and total rip off merchants and should be avoided at all costs
