Review Time
I have tried to use this app for several years and have had nothing but problems. After spending hours learning how to use the app, I spent many more hours setting up my schedule and links. Once that was done, I lost my password and could not regain access to my account. The only thing that customer service could do was read from a script. They were unable to help me. After following their instructions to delete the account and start over, I had to start from scratch. If I cannot provide the credit card used or a copy of the invoice, they will not issue a refund. Because this was a company account, I did not have access to that information. Therefore, that money will be lost, and this service will be unavailable to me. I recommend you find a better service than this one.
Would not recommend. Decided to give it a try recently. I showed up to a meeting with a potential client today, only to find out their email had a spelling error so they never received the meeting invitation. This is especially frustrating because Calendly sent me an email saying the client had ACCEPTED the meeting!? Why was there no bounce back notification? Why would it tell me they were coming when no one had actually rsvp'd? The interface is confusing and it apparently it can't the most basic things I need it to - like tell me the email address doesn't exist. I potentially lost client because of this...sickk. I'm going back to google scheduling.
I've been using Calendly for years, but I'm really getting fed-up with it. I am actively looking for new systems. First the UI is a complete dog's breakfast. Second, I'm sure it works fine with Google. But with Outlook on Microsoft 365 the 2-way sync never works. This is frustrating as I have to manually login to book the time off - which defeats the whole purpose. Support is useless telling me to re-sync it which I've already done. I am actively looking for new options.
I’ve got no experience with it as a consumer hence why the fair 3 stars rather than 1. But anytime I book a meeting with anyone who is using Calendly for their diary, I get absolutely bombarded with harassment from Calendly. 5 text messages and 5 emails to remind me of an upcoming meeting is absolutely outrageous. That’s 50 notifications for a 5 meeting day, ridiculous. Sort it out.
