Review Time
I blame Trustpilot's 4+ star rating. I placed an order a $60 order in May because this site gave me a false sense of security. Now all the links to the site are broken, the company is unsearchable, and your broken review system still has them listed as a reputable business. Supply Center USA is a complete scam, and Trustpilot needs a better review synthesis scoring system for businesses that may be conducting legitimate business one day and scamming people the next day.
It is a professional scam and a very sophisticated one. They have their scammers posting here pretending they "thought it was a scam and then contacted the company and got what they needed." This is total BS. I ordered in June. I didn't get anything. When I try to use the links they provided - they are all broken. I think they send every "customer" uniquely generated links to contact for support that will break immediately or after a certain length of time. I didn't click until now - 2 months later - and none of them work and I can't find the original site I used, but I can see here people are still buying from them successfully.
I ordered $96 worth of Starbucks coffee back on May 5. There was a long wait time for shipping, but I didn’t mind as long as I would get it by July. Needless to say, it never arrived and as others have mentioned, the link to check the order didn’t work. I received another email June 28th stating my order was getting ready to be shipped, but then never heard another thing. Once again, the link to respond or check my order is fake. Buyers beware! This is a scam website! Don’t order from them despite the positive reviews they somehow have!!!
I placed an order on June 24, 2025 and as of August 10, 2025 I still have not received my order. I tried to click on the links in the email to contact them and the link says its not valid. I don't have a way to contact them to get my money back.
We ordered from this company after checking Trustpilot reviews first. They charged our card $68.68 on 6/29/25. Today I went to check status of the order, as it hasn't been received. The order link and the website return a message of:Something went wrong.What happened?The link you followed is no longer available.I also tried to reach the website through Trustpilot and received the same result. After I wrote this, I found an email address and emailed the business. I received an immediate response stating the website was down for maintenance, that the product was unavailable, and showing a credit. Increased the review from 1 to 4 stars because I should have received an earlier communication from them advising the problem and crediting back my card.
