Ordered a shirt on the friday it was dispatched same day and with me on monday. The quality of the shirts in my experience is far superior to their competitors and after ordering from a few different companies over a year or so i would advise anyone to use these guys over anyone else.Also as a side note their customer service is on another level, quick replies to emails and just outstanding service.
I would give 6 stars if I could. I emailed my preference prior to purchasing a 3x month sub advising how I would like to build a collection of mainly South American clubs. Received excellent customer service & very prompt replies. Opened first box this morning.. Internacional 23/24 3rd kit. Couldn't be happier! Packaging & presentation was 1st class. I've used other companies of this type before & Surprise Shirts are by far head & shoulders above the rest. I'll be subscribing indefinitely following initial 3 months. Keep up the good work & thank you :)

Amazing service. We have ordered a few shirts now and they have all been great quality and really interesting shirts. The fact card that comes with them is brilliant. Can’t fault their customer service, they even sent a note with the last shirt saying they had sent a different size as the sizes for the shirt they sent tend to come up differently.
I have a subscription with surprise shirts. I had to change my payment details and when I changed my payment I accidentally set up a second subscription which I didn't notice however the next day I was emailed asking if was a mistake I confirmed that us was and they kindly cancel my subscription.They didn't have to do this so I was pleased with the customer service.
