5 stars just doesn't do justice for how good this company is. They look after customers in a way that is beyond comparison in a world of cutting corners and outsourcing. They care about every customer and every order in a way that you would be forgiven for thinking you were dealing with a local greengrocer. They are helpful, friendly, professional and personable. If you contact them for order confirmation and further down the line ring them again more often than not they remember who you are from the last call. It's refreshing and it really does make them stand out. In addition to this the product is top notch. The kits are more often than not equal to the price you pay however some are actually cheaper than if you were to get them from other well known websites that specialise in football shirts. Add in the novelty of surprise and the occasional imperfect shirt order if you fancy paying 20 quid for a shirt which has a minor defect they really are a company that stands out among the rest. If you need further proof maybe check out some of their unboxing videos. To this point I have yet to see one where surprise shirts is reviewed with any negativity. I honestly believe for those that have used others (as I have in the past) and then come to surprise shirts, the likelihood is I doubt you'll go anywhere else after. They also have some good promo codes with partners such as clayts and tom FM on YouTube. Top company.
In to my 2nd year with a monthly subscription and I am yet to be disappointed yet with my surprise shirt each month. Done a few surprise/mystery shirts and this for me is the best. Very interactive with contact. A definite must for anyone wanting to get a surprise shirt.
I stumbled across Surprise Shirts by accident and I’m so glad I did as they’re an absolutely wonderful company who excel at providing, well, surprising football shirts. The shirt I received was that of a team from Nepal (by pure coincidence it’s also comprised of the same colours as my beloved CPFC) but what made it extra special was the attention to detail with informative background cards regarding the team and also the excellent presentation/packaging. As a totally unexpected bonus, I also won a competition to have my order refunded but trust me, I was more than happy to pay for the sheer quality of goods and service I received - well done!
What a fantastic company to buy a genuine football shirt from. A* all the way, from quick delivery to the great customer service I received. The shirt is ordered was way to small. I emailed the company and Rob dealt with my enquiry. He advised instructions on how to return and advised a new shirt would soon be on its way to me. The issue (my error) was sorted very quickly and in was updated all the way. My son loved his shirt and I will definitely be buying from these again. Thank you
I've been receiving a shirt from Surprise Shirts every month for a year now. It's always a joy to get a new shirt from them. Didn't really know what to expect when I ordered, but I've got to say, I was massively impressed. I ended up placing the order to my old address, as it went through Shopify, and I stupidily didn't check.
