I ordered 1 kg of biltong (meat) from Craig Black, (He says he is Craig Black,) at the Sussex Biltong Company last week. (24/6/2024) MondayThe first time they said they would deliver the next day.(Tuesday 25/6/24) I never received the biltong.On Wednesday (26/6/24) I contacted Craig Black again. Craig Black said that: “DHL were a terrible delivery company and that was why I never received the biltong” (meat). He said that it happened often with DHL and Sussex Biltong Company, couldn’t do anything about it. I then discovered that Craig Black had given DHL the wrong address! I phoned him to rectify the address.He said he would send the 1 Kg to the right address and I would receive it the next day 27/6/24.Still nothing arrived! Craig Black said he couldn’t do anything about it, as it was the fault of DHL, who were “a useless company” - DHL I discovered that the incorrect address was not changed by Craig BlackI received no compensation for all the inconvenience and still have received no biltong.
