I want to share a truly remarkable experience with the company after a recent issue that was handled with genuine care. I visited the store on a cold, snowy day, and after cycling over, I ordered a chai to warm up. It was unexpectedly delicious and just what I needed. The store manager noticed my effort to come in despite the weather and kindly offered me the tea for free. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me. The manager was warm, friendly, and handled everything professionally, turning a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. I’ve become a loyal customer thanks to their kindness!
The support team has been incredibly helpful. When one of my matcha tins was damaged during shipping, they quickly organized a replacement. I really appreciate this, especially since it was a gift. They also provided timely shipping updates. A fantastic team!
I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a selection box for a Christmas gift, and it felt like I was gifting a box of samples. I expected a beautiful presentation, but it arrived in a flimsy cardboard box. I raised my concerns with customer service, but they offered a standard response without acknowledging my disappointment. I feel unheard and let down by the company, which is not what I expected based on their marketing.
I tried their tea for the first time yesterday. The breakfast tea was fantastic, but I gave 4 stars because I had to use two heaping spoons instead of one as recommended on the packaging. I also ordered a stronger tea, so I'm hopeful that will be better. Overall, a happy customer.
