I was nervous at first to do exercise postpartum but Hayley's classes in Altrincham and Sale have been amazing. I've been able to strengthen and gain confidence in a supportive, encouraging setting. Taking my little one with me isn't just handy but also fun as I can wear him or have him crawling around to the music! Over the past few months I've gone from really gentle movement to full strength and cardio workouts - thank you so much Hayley!
