I can't speak highly enough of Laura and her classes. I've been coming since my daughter was 12 weeks old and she's now 18 months. Her classes are without a doubt the highlight of my week. Being able to move my body and get that endorphin hit at the end of the week in a safe and supportive environment is such a win! I love that Lily gets to see me enjoying exercise and she joins in too! It's given me a network of mamas and seeing our little ones and each other grow over the weeks and months is wonderful. Laura is AMAZING, so welcoming and encouraging. Thrilled I get to keep my Friday workouts even being back at work!
